It all started when…

Our founder Jonathan Wasylenko saw an industry need for lawyers who were also management consultants and strategy experts. Corporations need more than contract drafters. They need Negotiators who can create value with mutual gains, cost savings, and operational efficiency improvements. Strategic negotiations should encompass rigorous technical, legal, operational, and financial reviews for contract audits.

A licensed Attorney At Law, he is a Member of the Bar and Officer of the Court admitted to the following jurisdictions:

His trial lawyer experience has included litigating cases in civil, probate, and criminal courts. Jonathan’s alternative dispute resolution experience includes judicial reference, as well arbitrating and mediating cases in various forums such as FINRA, JAMS, and ADR. He has also served as outside counsel for private equity funds and venture capital funds conducting negotiations and transactional matters.

His consulting experience has involved negotiating and providing strategic advisory services for over 200 companies and funds.

Jonathan is an Alumnus of Harvard Business School. He holds five certifications from Harvard Law School in Negotiation, Mediation, Master Negotiation, Leadership, and International Finance.
